1. Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed and prepared within 2 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Because our products are made to order, this time allows us to ensure the highest quality for your specific item.
Please note that we do not process shipments on weekends or holidays. During periods of high volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize Shippo to provide live, accurate rates from major carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Red Cube Media is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Lost Packages
Red Cube Media is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
