Orders & Customization
Do you do custom engravings or prints?
Yes! Customization is our specialty. Check out our Custom Orders page for more details on how to start a bespoke project.
What file types do I need for 3D prints or crystals?
For crystals, a high-resolution JPG or PNG works best. For 3D prints, we generally work with .STL or .OBJ files. If you’re unsure, just send over what you have and we’ll check it!
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take?
Since everything is made to order, production usually takes 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery timing depends on your location. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it leaves the studio.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
