Refund and Returns Policy

Because most of our products are made to order, we have the following return guidelines:


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

To request a return:

  • Include your order number
  • Provide photos if the item is damaged or defective

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos of the issue.
  3. We will offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Vendor Fair Purchases

Items purchased in person at vendor fairs are considered final sale unless defective at the time of purchase.
